Hong Kees speak very good English!!!!!!!!!considering their main language is cantonese

I personally feel that Malaysians have NO reason NOT to speak good English
We learn both English & Bm in school & if from SJK Mandarin or Tamil

So a person who went to a SK school should speak excellent English & BM (like me XD)
and a person who were in a SJK school should speak excellent English,BM & mandarin or English, BM & Tamil right???

If they don't, blame themselves for not studying hard enough la!!!tsk tsk tsk
