Hey everyone! On New Year's Eve 2012 I made my surprise "COME-BACK APPEARANCE" at Mystical Eve 2012!!! To be exact, the party was held at Red Carpet Avenue in Encorp's The Strand, Kota Damansara.

But
I decided to take a chance since it "could be" the last year to
experience this (*touch wood* better not be!!! I haven't even had a
chance in achieving my "SUPER-STARDOM-NESS" status yet :-P lolx!) and
also the honor of being a part of Malaysia's Hottest Blogger, we got to
party VIP-style at the VIP area! No sweaty smelly people!!! yay!!!
Traffic on that day was SURPRISINGLY smooth!!! Did everyone else went out of the country to celebrate? :-S

I was sooo happy to meet my blogger babes and also new blogger babes
after not seeing them for 6-7 loooongggg months!

At the party,Red Carpet Avenue featured performances by international pop princess Mizz Nina; hip hop doyenne Joe
Flizzow; rock band, Pop Shuvit;
indie-darling, Reza Salleh; Neo-Soul
crooner, Najwa Mahiaddin; and violin
virtuoso, Dennis Lau and his
compatriot, world-ranked beat boxer, Shawn
Lee.

Taking the stage was
international pop star, Mizz Nina, whose
debut solo album What You Waiting For,
is a pleasure dome of beguiling beats, innovative melodies and top-notch
production containing local and international collaborations from the likes of
Uno and AJ of Pop Shuvit, Noh from Hujan, DJ Fuzz, Koko and Syaheed of Bedsty
Music, Sakke from the Netherlands and Koolade from Croatia to MC Dandee from
Bangkok’s Thaitanium Entertainment, Mawar Berduri from Ahli Fiqir, Teeflii and
Grammy nominee, Planet Asia, got the crowd jumping to her string of hits such
as “What You Waiting For”, “Away With You” and her latest hit, “Takeover”
featuring international rapper, Flo Rida.

Slightly
before the clock hit midnight, emcees for the night introduced highlight of the
evening: independent rap-rock band, Pop
Shuvit. Comprising Moots! (vocals), JD (guitar), AJ (bass), Rudy (drums) and Uno
(turntables), the band who got its name from a skateboarding
trick of almost the same name began making waves in the local
music scene in late 2001, has had 4 successful
releases under their belt and gained a sizable fanbase in Asia notably in
Malaysia, Japan, Thailand and Singapore. The band did not disappoint and
brought the house down with their eclectic blend of hip hop and rock, leaving
both Megan and Julie just minutes to prepare for the countdown.

Counting down
to 2012, and with the crowd’s energy at an all time high, both Megan and Julie
introduced the 3D Projection Countdown, which broadcasted images onto giant
screens, highlighting their overall development and architectural mastery.
According to Mystical Eve Project Director, Jason
Voon, “3D Projection Mapping is the latest interactive building art phenomenon
that has taken the world by storm, and ENCORP is among the first bold adopters
of this technology in Malaysia.”

At the stroke of midnight, skies directly above
ENCORP Strand were filled with multi-coloured fireworks, befitting the
inaugural launch of ENCORP Strand’s New Year Eve Countdown.

was having a conversation with one of MHB's New Girl, Emma and I was
asking her whether she and her sister are fraternal twins??? She said
"No! We are 4 years apart!!!".....Making her 1 year older than I am!!!!!
