FOOD REVIEW: Fine Dining at Sage, Gardens Mid Valley





Recently had my nails done-"Honeybee" inspired! :-D Now thinking of what design to get next :-D

Lunch Menu (which we ordered everything!)
This is my 2nd time visiting Sage, the first was a Birthday Treat last year from my Bestfriend :-)

Currently working around Bangsar/Mid Valley area. Decided to try out the lunch menu here which changes either on a weekly or bi-weekly basis...

Unagi Foie Gras Risotto...this was heaven..especially the crispy unagi (Japanese for eel)

Sage is popular for their Foie Gras, if you are into Foie Gras

Carpaccio kampachi...looks more like some sort of fish sashimi with caviar on top that thinly sliced carpaccio

I also just got my hair touched up and I realized that it made me look more foreign...which is a good thing! I always love giving people ambiguous stories of my background...makes me seem more mysterious :-P


Compared to the cheese platter I had at Mandarin Grill, Mandarin Oriental, this was way better in terms of texture and taste!

Somehow, cheese platters still seem really foreign to me...especially when eaten with fruits or vegetables...I still prefer mine cooked or baked :-P

This cold ice-cream-like dessert was lovely especially when the weather is hot and hazy :-(
