FOOD REVIEW: Chinese Fine Dining at Chef Rasa Sayang, Crystal Crown Hotel PJ



Chef Rasa Sayang is located inside of Crystal Crown Hotel in Petaling Jaya

We then chose a white wine to complement our dinner too


We had 3 servings of century eggs. 

I don't eat century eggs on it's own. Only when it is served with porridge...

This Champagne or "Italian Sparkling Wine" was complimentary from the restaurant as it was Father's Day!

Australian Abalone!!! Yummsss...this one was the bigger sized one (RM120) with "black sides" whatever that means


The smaller one (RM98) with "green sides"...lol...tasted the same to me! :-P

What I love about Rasa Sayang is their selection of Abalones. They have abalones from Japan and South Africa too which I tried during my previous visit but didn't blog about it :-P

Roasted chicken with Prawn Crackers. 

The Prawn Crackers were addictive and the chicken did not have a dry texture which is Great!

Cabbage with Scallops! Had a "broth" kind of texture

Cabbage to wrapped which this egg, crab meat + pine nut filling
